I can't have anything with gluten in it as I have celiac disease, and even when I did eat flour I didn't like these bars it's a weird sugar filled way to get some food on the go.

Really chewy bar. My jaw was hurting. Wasn't sweet, didn't taste like lucky charms cereal. Hardly any marshmallows on it. White coating on the bottom, either chocolate or yogurt.
