I received a box of these cookies from my parents, as my mother has to live a gluten free lifestyle.

I honestly thought for some reason these were going to lack flavour, but I was wrong. They are pretty good! They are pretty much like a crunchier version of a sugar cookie, with a pinch of cinnamon flavour. The only thing that I found to be a little strange was the packaging.. & the only down side was there's only 16 cookies!

These cookies contain no milk or butter, and are also considered to be both vegan and kosher.
