Quality is poor

Please see pictures. The price of this bag was very high. I received it this Christmas and it is already coming apart at some seams (on the handles etc). The bag also sags regardless of how full/empty it is. It has lots of organizational compartments and a cooling section for lunches etc, but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality and sagging in my opinion.
