Not for me.
I bought these thinking how great they would be to hold my fly away hairs back when my hair was in a pony tail, and because they just look cute. I had such high hopes and they just don't work for me, they slide right up on my head when I put them on.
Sadly, this headband was a disapointment!
Everywhere you look someone is sporting a LuLu headband, so I had to have one! I thought, why not, they are pretty and come from a reputable brand. I liked the design, but for I could not for the life of me get it to stay. Even with clips, it would slip up throughout the day, making my bun look like a cone!
These are pretty decent
I like these but there are some cons to them as well.
While they are strong and durable and of good quality, I do have problems with the actual use of these.
I originally bought it for playing sports and holding the hair out of my face, however the headband itself tends to come off and not stay in place. I now just revert to using this to hold my hair back when using a face mask or cleaning my face, because in order for it to stay on, I have to put it on my ears.
I do not find that the rubber interior works at holding it in place at all.
I really love Lululemon, most of my wardrobe is from there. I purchased many of these head bands as I assumed they would hold the same quality as the other products made by Lululemon. One thing I like about them is the look. They definitely look good on, but the reason I am not a fan of this product is because they do not stay on at all. They slip right off.
I probably have close too 10 of these headbands hanging in my closet from all the years I have collected them. At first I thought they would be perfect for wearing at the gym at I spent most my days there. Well about half of them stayed perfectly on my head and the other half would constantly fall off my head....They are one size only so I'm not sure why they are all different sizes. I also have a couple that are so tight on my head that I immediately get a really bad headache.
I do admire the different colors, designs and some of the styles of the headbands. If it wasn't for the ever constantly changing of this I probably wouldn't have bought so many. I do notice that they are made in a very good quality of fabric....Ive had mine for over 10 years and they have not fallen apart, seams are still intact and I even wash them in my washer and the color is still like brand new. I do know about 8 years ago they were a huge fad. Most like a fashion statement more than a use of a sweat band.
I bought one for $12 which is not bad. If only they would have been all the same size rather than different sizes it would have been better and I probably would have bought more.
I do not recommend this headband. The Luon makes the band slide around on your head. I've worn mine more around my neck than on my hair. I wish lulu had stuck with the cotton style headband
I love the look of these however I kind of wish they were a tad smaller. My head is on the smaller side and I can't seem to find a headband that stays. So when I tell my girlfriends about this problem they all say "Lulu!!" So I go out and spend the $15 only to re-sell them because they are too big for my head. At least they look nice!
These are ok. They are very pricey though for a handband. I find i can get the same quality at SportsChek or even at the drugstore. I've also found that Lulu Lemon quality has gone done a bit over the years..not sure why.
These are great headbands. Super reliable and comfortable. Could use more of a band to keep stable on head while working out. lulu is a great brand but there is no store located in my area to purchase items and not have to worry about shipping.
I always have a hard time finding headbands that will hold my hair back without falling off. I was hopeful that this one would work but unfortunately it still slides off. Very expensive for s headband that doesn't stay in its place.
