Since I purchased a Lululemon pilates mat, I needed some way of toting it around. I purchased one of the cheapest yoga totes that I saw. It's simple, 100% cotton and closes by draw string. That's all I felt that I really needed. Other bags started around $24.00, and they had "extras" like a separate compartment to keep change and keys in, and were made of other materials, like water-resistant nylon or other fabrics with fancy designs. This was all I needed, so this is all I bought. All of their yoga bags can fit a standard or pilates-sized mat in them, and they all keep your mat dust free. Keep it simple if you can, and things will cost less.
