This medium to light/er shade of blue eyeliner is a nice change of color for those who like to try different colors. However, you do have to apply it more than once; as the color is a little too soft. It doesn't really go on too smoothly either. Doesn't sharpen too great either. It has a tendency to break off easily. I don't recommend this one unfortunately.
