I wouk definitely purchase again

This cleanser made my skin feel incredibly clean without making it feel dry and stripping it of its natural oils. As someone with dry skin a lot of cleansers can be very drying, but 9 to 5 replenishes my skin with moisture, leaving it bright, smoothe and clean.

A milk cleanser with some deep cleaning power

I definitely fell for 9to5 from the first time the LUSH store rep tested it on my hand. I have since purchased 4 times. I have super sensitive and dry skin and I cannot use foaming cleansers (although I do double cleanse). This product was very effective as my second cleanse by removing dirt while leaving my skin in a moisturized state, which has made the use of a moisturizing essence a needless step in my skincare routine. This is my favourite makeup remover. I use it mainly for eyes and colourpop liquid lipstick. It's best used on a dry face, slightly rubbed in with the hands, and removed with a makeup removing pad. It works a million times better than just washing it off. I follow it up with my regular cleanser and toner as well. This one is so gentle around my eyes. They are very sensitive to most products and have not been able to find a single eye makeup remover that doesn't burn my eyes.
