This was one of my first Lush purchases and I'm not sure I will purchase it again. It suds up nicely but I find that it crumbles too easily and isn't lasting as long as my other Shower Jellies. Since everything is handmade, it may just be the particular batch that I received though.

I bought this shower jelly because I work out a lot and get DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) a lot...I chill this shower jelly in the fridge/freezer and use it when I have sore muscles...the coldness of the jelly feels nice on sore muscles and the essential oils in the jelly create a warming sensation when you focus on a single area. Overall a really nice smelling effective product.

This shower gelly is amazing. The smell first of all is perfect. You feel the heat when you wash yourself and if you workout a lot and are sore, this is perfect. I'm less sore when I use this gelly. I love it I'm glad is permanent

This was disappointing. I received it as a gift and was excited to try it. It was not the best scent to choose, too cinnamon-y. The gel didn't seem to lather much but also didn't leave my skin with the 'squeaky-clean' feeling other products do and that is something that apparently is important to me!

While I enjoy a lot of Lush products and try to do the natural thing as much as possible, this one was a miss for me. I have tried a number of their shower jellies and while they have revamped the formula so that the Jelly is easier to use, I don't feel that it lathers well and I don't get that "clean" feeling after. They ARE reasonably priced and fun to use, though!

I bought this because of Bunny (grav3yardgirl). I have aches, pains and cramps. I was shocked the jelly worked right away. Don't need that much jelly, it lathers up. It's red and smells like mint and cinnamon.
