I use this tin as a container for my Lush soap bars. If the soap bars are left out where water will drip on them, they will melt/dissolve. I would let my soap bar dry off after use and then store it in this tin. (Letting it dry off before storing it, makes it so that a little puddle doesn't form under the bar and melt it inside the tin.) I really like this product and you should have one if you use Lush bar soaps.
