Though the service at Lush is consistantly awful, I can't stop using their products! As a vegan, localist, and environmentalist, I enjoy 'locally made' products (Canadian sometimes is as good as it gets - though made in BC), mostly natural, and the option of a vegan product.
Lush's offer of sampling a product before you buy it, and their return/garuntee provides reason enough for me to return again and again.

i live by their shampoo bars (about $8-$10 each) and their vegan conditioner.
