Great for sensitive skin

I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to most soaps and lotion. This body wash doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it feeling smooth and soft all over.

My absolute favourite body wash

I’ve never been one for citrus-scented body products until I discovered Happy Hippy body wash. I just feel so energized after using it and it definitely lifts my mood. My skin also feels super clean and soft after too.

Great smell!

This shower gel smells soooo nice. A beautiful citrus smell that will lift your mood and wake you up, and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry like bar soap can do! I try to use products that have more natural ingredients, and this happens to be one of my favourites :)

One of my favorites

I recently went through a sensitive skin phase and nothing I amused was soothing enough or didn't aggravate me more...until I found this stuff. It's a bit on the pricey side but it is a Lush product I just keep coming back too for the quality.
I use it after I swim and it gets the chlorine smell right off and it's great as a replacement shaving cream in a pinch!

This is my FAVOURITE lush product. Makes my skin super soft and it smells amazing. I'm not one to dance in the shower but the scent is so uplifting it makes me do a very awkward happy dance every time.

I had recently (within the past month or so) made a purchase on the Canadian Lush site and decided to try out this product.

My first thoughts were "$17 for body wash?! What is it, made out of gold or something?!"

Haha, unfortunately it is not. What you get is a mostly organic (I'll come back to this in a second) body wash that is also meant for your hair made out of grapefruit and essential oils.

Now, what do I mean by saying "mostly organic"??
This product in particular (although Lush makes tons of products that do not contain them) contains Parabens. If you did not already know know, Parabens are a common preservative that can mimic Estrogen and could potentially increase your risk of breast cancer. Ehhhhh, not my favorite ingredient!

Besides that, a great product! The smell is fantastic (think when you bite into a grapefruit!) and contains essential oils like Grapefruit oil, Bergamot oil, and Frankincense oil. These ingredients are truly appreciated during the cold harsh winter months we have here in Canada.


Still undecided? If you go into a local Lush store and ask, im sure they will give you a sample of this stuff that is usually good for more than one use.

Personally I would not be repurchasing this product because of those Parabens, but I will definitely be on the lookout for a dupe!
