I've made the switch to shampoo bars about 3 years ago and I have not looked back since. I save so much money on shampoo since these bars last me about 3-4 months rather than a shampoo bottle the same price that lasts me 1 month. They have a lovely scent and the jumping juniper one is my all time favourite. It leaves my hair feeling clean and gives it a little bit of a shine boost as well. I definitely recommend this one for first time shampoo bar users, you will love it.

I am currently obsessed with trying to limit my single-use plastic consumption. Enter Jumping Juniper bar. This sweet-smelling haircare bar lets me say NO to packaging but not skimp out on care for my long tresses. It leaves my hair squeaky clean which is what I like but may be too drying for some. It lathers up beautifully. In the store, they advise that one swipe of the bar will be enough to create a lather but I usually swipe about 5-6x. For this reason, I gave the value 4 stars.

A friend gave me a chunk of her shampoo bar to try out and I was hooked from the first time. It lathers so nicely and smells amazing. I love that it's all natural without any harsh chemicals parabens etc. It's easy to use just wet and lather in roots, rinse and repeat - helps keep my hair clean and smelling amazing! I will continue to purchase this instead of liquid shampoos from now on. It's also great for traveling as it's small and compact. Just have to wait for it dry after using to put in the tin to prevent the tin from getting yucky. It's price is comparable to a salon brand as well.

J'ai testé plusieurs shampoings solides de Lush. Son odeur est agréable. Au niveau de cheveux gras, je n'ai pas été en mesure d'espacer davantage mes shampoings grâce à son utilisation. Par contre, mes cheveux ont pris plus de temps à s'habituer à ce produit que pour d'autres shampoings, ce qui est une bonne chose.

The solid shampoo bars from lush can easily dissolve if left in the shower so be careful about this! To get the full value you really need to leave it outside the shower, apply it to hair when damp after you've rung it out, then put it back outside the shower. Using this technique I was able to make it last for about 8 months. The product makes my hair so light and voluminous when it is usually very oily and limp. The one downside is that my hairdresser noticed my hair was getting really dry when using so make sure you up your conditioner game.

This is the second dry shampoo bar from Lush that I've used. The first was the Seanik one. That one was awesome. However, I thought I would try a new one this time; one that was specialized for oily hair. First of all, the recipe for Jumping Juniper has definitely changed. When I first set my sights on it (waiting for my other bar to be finished) there was a piece of plant (possibily Juniper) embedded in the product. That is no longer there. Also, the bar seemed to have the same dry, rice look that my Seanik bar had. For the one that I ended up purchasing, this was not the case. Upon first usage, this certainly became even more evident. After being wet for the first time, the bar has been gooey and has never become a solid dry bar again. Up until recently however, I was able to get it out of the tin and use it with very little issue. My last shower though, the bar would not come out of the tin. It was very stuck. I had to pry the gooey mess out of the tin, reshape it into a sort of ball, and only then could I rub it on my head. It still works as a shampoo, thankfully. I will be going back to the Seanik bar and crossing my fingers that the recipe for that one didn't change too.

Tried out this shampoo on the recommendation of one of the Lush employees. I wanted something that worked great and was less drying on my hair and controlled oil. I was happy to find that yes the product did not overly dry my hair out. I don't mind the Juniper smell and a little product goes a long way. I was told it would "balance my scalp" found this not to be the case ( my scalp is oily as always). Allow product to dry out, found if it remained damp it would get smushed up and hard to pull out of the container I stored it in.

Oh ya, if you do suffer of oily hair this is what you need! It latters a lot, gives a nice smell and it is worth the price because lasts forever! You can either use as a first wash and later give a different treatment for dry ends or use only this in case you prefer to use conditioner later.

If you give this product a couple weeks to remove all the bad chemicals from other products you use them it is absolutely amazing. This is my go to shampoo bar from lush. I make sure I never run out of it.
