interesting experience

I was skeptical to try it at first but somehow I really enjoyed the scent. It lathers up well and makes the hair REALLY clean but almost to the point of drying it out. But I enjoyed it. It lasted me around 5 months.

This is my husbands favourite shampoo. It lathers great, smells amazing and it lasts such a long time.

I think price sometimes pushes people away. You see this small bar of soap and wonder why wouldn't you just by a shampoo for half the price. Don't be fooled by it's size, it lasts a very long time.


This product has amazing ingredients that aren't harmful to your skin and the smell... The smell alone can sway one over.

PROTIP: Do NOT leave this product bathing in water. It will dissolve and you'll end up with a weird pool of red soapy water. I usually just let it air dry sitting on one of those rubber soap holders, specifically outside of the shower.

I had never used a solid shampoo prior to using the NEW bar. All I did was pick it up and run the bar over my wet hair, and it would lather right up! It smells very much like some sort of chai tea, because of the spices. I like that scent, but there are some who may not want to smell like cloves, which is understandable.

This does leave your hair feeling and looking very clean, as do the other Lush shampoos I've tried, but unfortunately I didn't find that my hair got any extra volume. It's supposed to have a thickening effect, but I really didn't see that. Also, I find that their shampoo bars get EXTREMELY mushy, very quickly, to the point where it becomes hard to use them. Putting them in the tin does little to rectify that. The idea of a shampoo bar is interesting, and I can certainly see where they're coming from when it comes to reducing packaging and aiding the environment, but ultimately, I think a traditional shampoo is easier to deal with and you waste less product.

Shampoo bars are one of the best options for keeping your hair clean and moisturized. They skip all of the detergents (which will affect the amount of suds you get), but will a bit of practice you won't want to go back to liquid shampoo. This scent is phenomenal.

I like to leave mine in my bedroom with the top of the tin off to dry out after using- it will help it last longer! My boyfriend loves the scent; he always mentions how nice and spicy the room smells when I leave it out!

I love this shampoo!!!! You would not believe how well it lathers up!! It rinses clean and smells amazing!! The bar lasts forever too!

LUSH claims that the product stimulates hair growth, and I really wanted this product to work. However, I have finished using the bar up and I don't notice any difference in my hair. I adore the exotic shampoo scent: sweet smelling spicy cinnamon with herbs. The shampoo provides a thorough cleanse - squeeky clean and shiny hair. I think the product is a tad harsh- kinda dries out my hair...making it "crunchy". In short, it's a nice product for that once a week deep cleaning treatment and for people with oily hair.

I have thin hair and after washing with this solid shampoo, my hair feels so much thicker without being weight down. The peppermint and cinammon really wakes me up, which can be a bonus. Just a little rub between my hands gives me more than enough lather so the bar lasts me 2 to 3 months. Before using this shampoo I had to wash my hair daily in order to avoid getting that dirty look to it, I can go up to 3 days without washing and my hair does not look dirty at all. Cannot imagine using any other shampoo.
