Worth the mess, but expensive
I love toothytabs. They leave my mouth feeling fresher longer than regular toothpaste, and my teeth always feel super smooth and glossy. Be warned though; They can be quite messy in the sink and around the mouth (particularly “Boom” because it’s black charchoal) and are significantly more expensive than regular toothpaste. I like to buy them as a treat to mix up my oral hygiene routine, and especially for date nights because they leave my mouth yummy!
Personally, I'm not sold
Perhaps I am an outlier, but I just can't get onboard with this alternative type of toothpaste. I purchased toothy tabs and was really hoping to like them but the whole chewing thing makes me feel like I'm eating mints or candy and I can't convince my brain otherwise. Maybe I'll give it another go sometime but for now I'll stick to my regular toothpaste.
Great Addition to Cleaning Routine
Love to use these in addition to my daily cleaning routine. It foams a bit after you bite it and chew it. Use this a few times a week for the night time cleaning routine. It give a fresh breath kind of feeling. The taste and flavours are not the typical mint. This product is expensive and comes in a small package to use multiple times a day one would need to purchase multiple boxes else it will be a trip almost every week to restock.
Great option when travelling
This is a convenient product for travel or camping. Please note these don't have fluoride so do with that information what you will. Leaves teeth feeling very clean.
Not my favorite lush product
Ive been buying lush for years now I think toothy tabs are such a good idea. They are environmentally friendly and can be taken almost anywhere saying that I personally dont like toothy tabs i feel as if they are chalky and bitter.
I really like using these for travel! They've changed the packaging within the last year, but they used to come in a container that looked like a match box, so it was super easy to throw them in your bag! The new packaging comes with more, but you can just take however many you need in a ziplock with you. They are more expensive than traditional toothpaste because they come in single serving tablets. You just bite down on one to crush it a bit, then wet your toothbrush and proceed! They're really weird to use at first if you've never tried them, it can feel kind of gritty, but you get used to knowing how much water to add etc,.. so I love them now. They have many different non-traditional flavors (more than your average mint toothpaste). I use to have one that was lemon and rose which I loved!
I love getting these for when I'm travelling or backpacking! I like them because when travelling because as long as I have water, I have toothpaste! No more worrying about exploding tubes of toothpaste or cramming a tube into my 100mL liquids bag.
They do have a strange taste at first but once you get used to them, they are awesome to use!
