I really loved the look of this brush so I had high hopes. I HATED it. I really did. I did not like how it applied and the fibers just felt useless to me. I was really disappointed. I have had no other experience with this brand and was very disappointed by this first encounter. I am subscribed to IPSY and this is where I received the brush.
