First things first. This stuff is MESSY. But I think it’s worth the mess. After using as instructed I found my teeth getting whiter after the first application. I still use normal mint toothpaste and dip that and my toothbrush in the powder and then brush my teeth as I don’t really find this gets rid of bad breath alone.
