I picked this up at a Dollar Tree in the US last year and so happy I found it..light lemon citrus scent doesn't dry out my lips like some other balms do..There's no colour which I don't mind in a balm lime this. As long as it helps with chappi g from dry bitter cold I'm fine. Goes on very smooth and it does moisturize. I reapply after eating because it does wear off but most do...great product.
