These work really well if you feel a Cold sore coming on, I take 1000mg right at the first tingle and it never turns into a full blown Cold sore, I really love this product

I take this supplement once in awhile as it keeps cold sores from appearing for me. I had heard this was true from a friend. Ever since I have been taking it, I haven't had any eruptions.
