The refills are expensive the system stops wor king as soon as the bottle gets to a quarter of a bottle the dispenser plugs because soap dries up in the spout.the system itself is overpriced
The concept of the Lysol No-Touch hand soap system is perfect. I mean germ and cleanliness wise it should be perfect, at least in theory.
But for me it wasn't. Unfortunately I had a problem where once it turned dark and the lights were turned off my dispenser would keep pumping and pumping the soap out. So not only would I awaken to a huge mess on the counter it was also a massive wastage of product.
I promptly went back to my foaming hand soap dispenser.
Bought this because I had a coupon, sounds like a great idea but ours stopped working after a few months so would not recommend it to anyone, we have gone back to regular liquid soap
There is literally zero point to this. Touching a dirty pump on a bottle of soap isn't even an issue. You're washing your hands immediately after you touch it....so it's literally pointless to create a whole system of avoiding it. My friend has one and yeah, it's a cool gimmick, but that's all it is.
Works really slow and is a pain to change the empty bottle. Quality was so-so as it only works part of the time and takes long when it does work. There are way better products out there than this one.
I hate that it constantly goes off. I cant clean it properly because it always goes off. I purchased this for the help of my kids, but it just doesnt suit our family.
This was a great idea but it still needs to be tweaked. I bought this for my cousin's kids as they are young and I thought it would be great for them. I found that the dispenser would dispense soap when we weren't around and leave a mess. When it did work it was great at dispensing a good amount for the kids. The refils are quite expensive and ultimately deterred us away from using it.
this product was great at first i loved it, the price of the refills was a bit expensive but besides that it was great! until the batteries started to die, then for some reason it stopped working right, every time i turned the lights off it would turn on and pour soap all over my counter, then turn the lights back on and it would do it again, well at first i thought maybe it was just that one machine so i got another one and it did it again, so then i thought that maybe it was because the batteries were going died so i changed the batteries and now it doesn't work at all! i would NOT recommend this product to anyone!~
I bought this thinking it would be good for my toddlers washing their hands. I don't like it. Everytime you move the unit or get close to it it goes off and you wind up with a puddle of soap. At the price of almost $5 for a refill I will not be using this anymore.
