I find that the refills are really pricey. I do like the no touch feature as I hate touching the soap pump if I've handled chicken.I love the convenience of the automatic dispenser! The scents are nice too.

Ok but not my fave

The soap is ok and the dispenser is convenient, so you would think. It has emptied because the sensor was activated and I had soap everywhere. I liked it better in the kitchen than bathroom. I find the refills very expensive and I likely will not continue to buy.

Nice product to have

It's a great little system I used one of them in my bathroom it works awesome though for some odd reason lately it's not working maybe the battery shot I haven't had time to check yet

Great great products put price is to expensive I think it should way cheaper it's only do up LOL many people have good things to say about nut for me my opinion is its average product but still works good .

I really liked the idea of this product, especially for the kitchen. However, my unit started to malfunction even after having changed the refill and batteries. It went off at random and left a mess. The refills also cost a bit more than normal hand soap. Would like it if it worked as it should.

Honestly I didn't like it....too expensive first to have and to continously use...I found I prefer soap or soap dispenser pumps, yes they are "touch" but they work better and price better!! Price is end of the day big factor.
The no touch hand system is great for say busy work places with lots of germs, but at home with family and friends, I think a simple soap is sufficient enough.

Wouldn't purchase again, unless received for free or generous price.

Initially, I was happy to have purchased this product. Within a couple of nights though, I changed my tune. After I'd go to bed, when the lights were out, it would keep dispensing thru the night! I'd have a big mess to clean up in the morning - thank fully I didn't have my cat then or I'm sure he would have licked the soap up and got himself sick. The smell of the soap is nice - and if you switch it off at the end of each day (and remember to switch it back on before your hands are messy) - then this might work for you. Unfortunately, it didn't cut it for me and it's been growing dust since the soap ran out (mostly onto my counter).
I received this product free after purchase with a manufacturers rebate.

The idea of this No Touch soap system is great and the machine itself does work well. I didn't like it however because often once the hand would move it would drip soap on the counter and make a mess. Also, it runs on batteries which need to be replaced sometimes. I personally found its simpler to just use a regular soap pump.

We have bought this product in the past it worked great for about 2 months!!! We have to throw it out I cleaned the dispenser but for some reason still didn't come out it must have been clogged inside. We had bought a 2nd one same thing, I don't recommend spending money on this.
