These are perfect for when you have guests over and even for holidays or just with your own family. They are tasty and make a perfect summer snack/appetizer I would purchase again

Tender

I love to shop at M&M;'s, I have yet to have anything I didn't like from there and these bacon wrapped pork medallions do not disappoint. They are easy to cook, bake from frozen for about .40 minutes turning once. Once they are fully cooked, they are pretty much the same size, they do not shrink up. The pork inside is tender, moist and full of flavor, the bacon is delicious and comes out moist (not crispy). They re-heat very well, I took one the next day for lunch and it tasted the same as the night before.
They were a hit with my family and I will buy them again.
