The chance to review Mabel's Labels with ChickAdvisor came at a perfect time - I had been window shopping on the Mabel's Labels several times, and had created my labels several times before exiting my shopping cart due to the price.

I had a chance to try out the Ultimate Back to School Combo, which came with 40 mini name stickers, 50 clothing labels, 16 shoe stickers, and 2 mini tags. The mini name stickers have been great for labelling lunch containers and school supplies. Once stuck on, they stay put - I tried re positioning one after I placed it a bit crooked, and it wasn't budging without becoming damaged. I've found that as long as I apply them on a smooth surface, and securely press down the edges, they have worn well in the dishwasher and through day to day use.

The clothing labels work well as long as they are placed on a tag. I've found that they stay put through the washer and dryer. I've stuck a couple on items that don't go into the wash (the inside of summer hats), and they have stayed put even being stuck to the fabric itself.

The shoe labels have proven durable - once stuck they seem pretty secure to the soles of our shoes. I haven't had any issues with peeling or wear.

The bag tags are the item I've gotten the least use from - I prefer the stick on labels vs. a hanging tag for items I am sending out of the home. I could see them being useful for families with multiple children, and would probably use them to differentiate items within the home.

Thanks ChickAdvisor and Mabel's Labels for the opportunity to try out the labels! I was hesitant to purchase them on my own, but would definitely repurchase them in the future!

I wanted to give these labels a good workout!
If you need to have your child's name on their gear for school, but dislike using markers, you really need to invest in some Mabel's Labels!
Water resistant (I'd even go so far as to say waterproof!)- as you can see from the photo the water drop is just sitting on top of the label.
Microwave safe - the bowl in the picture was heated up in the microwave many times and washed many times.
They do not peel off or shred like some other Labels/stickers do. These are highly quality and worth the price!

These were really cute labels! I loved the shoe stickers with a left and right sticker, adorable and I know my little one will love them once he starts learning about his left and right feet. I think these are a great way to label kid's school items and would probably purchase them again. There was a big book with 3 sheets, so enough to label several items plus spare stickers.

My daughter is crazy for these labels. The designs are so nicely tailored to age. I love how easy it is to order and the product arrived in two days, WHAT!!! Absolutely getting these again. I'm pretty sure that everything my daughter has, is labeled, lol.

I got the Stylish Scholars Combo since my druthers is in High school and wanted something less childish.
It was super easy to order and to design. It came in the mail a couple of days later.
The Labels are very cute and my daughter likes them enough to want to put them on her things so that’s a big win.
As for the labels they are very good quality and easy to apply. They stay put and do their job. Mabel's labels are nicer and a better quality then what I used with my home label.
If it wasn't for the high cost 42$ for them I would order more or if I could have more than one name printed in like half of the labels it would be worth it. But since I have 2 children it would cost me 82$ for both and I find that too much for me.
I would recommend them base on their quality, design and ease of use.

The design choices of these labels are fantastic! I really thought they were pretty and my 9 year old daughter loved the looks of them and is excited to use them for school. She even labelled some of her toys.
The labels are very easy to apply and stick really well. They are made with high quality products and am pretty sure they will stand the test of time! The labels are so much better and easier to use than trying to write on the children's book bags and school supplies. To use them is much less time consuming.
I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
The only thing I could see that could be a problem is the price. I find $42 for the amount I received was a bit steep.

The shipping was very quick.
The Mabel’s Labels were pretty easy to apply. However some of them didn't rip off that easily and stuck to the tear off parts outline.
The seem to be of good quality but to provide an honest opinion on their staying power we should be asked again a few months into school when the supplies have been used for a few months.
I like using the Mabel's Labels more than what I did before because I don't have to write my son's name by hand every time I want to stick his name on something. I think there should have been more of the smallest labels so that you could realistically put one on every item.
I would have to say that as of right now I would recommend Mabel’s Labels to a family member and/or friend. I think for the price there should be more labels though as the pack I had would have cost me $42.00.

I received the Mabel's Labels Back-to-school labels for free as part of the Chick Advisor review club. I ordered the "confetti dreaming" package for my daughter. We both loved the colours and paterns in that set, girly enough but not too young for her. We applied the labels on her uniform and attached these cute tags on her school bag and lunch box very easily. With the leftover tags, I used them on her figure skating bag and inside her skates. The quality is excellent, doesn't feel flimsy like many other labels out there. I would definitely recommend these labels to anyone.

We finally ended up choosing the Ultimate Back to School Combo and went with the fire truck theme, which is an all time favourite of my child. The labels are an absolute delight. I had not imagined how excited my son would be to see fire truck labels with his name on them. We received 40 Mini Custom Name Stickers, 50 Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels, 16 Custom Shoe Stickers and 2 Personalized Mini Tags. We have only had a couple of weeks to test them out so far. I have tried them in the dishwasher and in the laundry and they have stayed put. So far so good. Love the labels. The only draw back is that they are a bit pricey but if one is looking for durability, cute designs and unique labels, then Mabel's labels is your go to product.

I chose the Stylish Scholars combo for my daughter as she is going into Grade 6. The pattern I chose was blue camo and I love it. The pattern is very subtle and goes with everything. I found the labels extremely easy to apply and appear to be made extremely well. This is definitely a better and easier method of labeling clothing and other school supplies, than my previous method of writing on everything with a sharpie marker. I would definitely recommend these labels to my friends. I know they will love the labels as much as I do.
