I bought this brush 2 months ago and since I started using it, the bristles were falling off.
I went back to the store and they informed me because it is new it sheds off but that would be only at the beginning. I've used it afterwards and the same problem kept occurring.
I called their customer service about the quality and asked for an exchange since it may have been only a defective brush. It has been over 2 months and they have not even responded.
