A colour for everyone

I’ve been using my HG shade MAC Satin lipstick in Faux for twenty years now! It remains my favourite all time shade and I don’t feel like myself when I’m wearing anything else. The texture is matte but not too dry and the slightly nutty smell of all their lipsticks is divine.
While I also love the shade Spice and have tried others such as Captive and Angel, I still return to Faux for my perfect “my lips but better” shade.

I bought this as I like Mac products and unfortunately need to order on line as nowhere local sells it & with John Lewis delivering so promptly it’s amazing, order and collect next day - exceptional, & I can collect from Waitrose when I do my shopping.

This perfect shade should be in everyone’s makeup bag. Use it alone or it’s great for toning down a brighter lipstick. Great texture and moisturizing without being sticky or to glossy.

lovely color lipsticks. i always shopping there i love the many different color you can choose .anf the matte type lipsticks too .it gose on smooth and you realy need to try it wont go wrong

I fell in love with the lipstick, it went on so smooth and made my lips pop! Doesnnor get mushy or rubboffnas fast as others. I for sure will be kissing my way with these lips and this kind more often lol

Long-lasting! Mac lipsticks in general are costly - but they are very effective. The lip colour is true to the way it looks meaning; I have bought other brands where it looks like one colour but when you put it on its another. This lip stick is almost moisturizing and does not leave a chapped look after a few hours.

Very smooth application. Color is so lovely. Didn't have to continuously reapply. I love all the products I've used by Mac they make a very high quality product.

I have a medium skin tone and have struggled to find a nude/pink that wouldn't look too chalky on me. This colour is just right for me. It has a good balance of nude and pink which works for everyday use and nights out.
