A neat product!

This works well at creating a slightly sticky base for lipsticks to apply to, but it’s hard to judge the longevity of the product, especially if you’re eating and drinking. I prefer to use this with sheer formulas because I find with matte ones it can make the product look patchy.

The SA at MAC suggested I buy this and use it under my matte lipsticks. She mentioned that it would protect your lips from that dry feeling and help the lipstick stay put during the day. It's amazing. I have a few MAC Cosmetics matte lipsticks that I stopped wearing because they were drying out my lips and would look terrible after about an hour of wear or so. This greatly reduced the feeling of dry chapped lips and kept the matte colours such as Candy Yum Yum looking even. Great product - highly recommend. You can use it with any matte lipstick too. Despite it looking white, it goes on clear. I sometimes use it as a lip balm too. Great stuff!

My holy grail lip product. Cannot go a day without it. Fills in lines and sooths chapped lips. Protects lips from harsh weather. Will protect lips from dry lipsticks and makes lips look professionally done. Must need product
