This primer does the job. It is easy to use and feels comfortable on the lips. It really makes your lipstick go on smoother, and the colour is less likely to settle into the fine lines of your lips. My one problem with this is that the top of the lip primer broke off because it is so soft. I simply placed it back in the tube and continue to use it, but its very inconvenient to have to be so gentle with it.
