Skintone dependent

I have a LOT of MAC lipsticks and I am just as bias as my mom about matte! Honeylove is a very pretty nude, but you either have to be very fair, or mid- quite dark for it to look nice. I have an olive skin tone (imagine italian), and it blends right into my skin making it look like I have no lips! (boo!) The formula is not bad, though I wouldn't say its Matte. Good for carrying around during the day, but wouldnt recommend for having a night out where you dont want to worry about your lipstick, because it will come off as you eat and drink

I like the MAC matte lipstick because it stays on well throughout the day and goes on smoothly. I love this colour which gives some colour without being overpowering.

I'm obsessed with lipsticks in all colors. I normally go for bold colors, but I thought I'd try this one because, to be honest, I don't own many lipsticks that have a more "nude" hue. The minute I put Honeylove on, I fell in love with it! It's such a subtle, pretty color.
