I love the finish that I get from this product and it is oil free so it doesn't make me breakout. it is also a plus that is has SPF 15. The only downside is that it is pricey.

At first wasn't sure about this foundation but now I am hooked. This foundation is great. I have acne scars that this seems to cover and doesn't break my skin out. Build able foundation.

Love this foundation, goes on smooth and blends well. If you have combo skin like me, this might end up making your t-zone look oily but you can get rid of that by using a powder to finish off your look and bring everything together. I use MAC for my powder finish and it goes together perfectly!

I love this foundation. There are so many shades that it's easy to find one that matches closely to your skin. I have slightly oily skin and acne and it does not bother my skin at all. It blends and covers really well. I have tried many different foundations and I always come back to this one. Works great.

One of my favorite foundations. I used to like the MUFE HD but I like the finish of this one more for an everyday look. Long lasting great coverage and the NC works great for my skin tone.

Price 4/5: Pretty reasonable for an over-the-counter foundation. Price may seem steep to some, but not much product is needed per application, so it should last at least a few months.

Quality 3.5/5: The formula is rather viscous (think chocolate syrup), and has medium-buildable coverage. Not necessarily recommended for more than 8 hours of wear because the finish tends to get patchy with time. The product may also oxidize (usually happens after a nap), and appear paler that the initial application colour. Even though the formula is oil-free, it does break me out once in a while. Additionally, due to the SPF component, the formula doesn't photograph well with flash. The SPF ingredients reflect the flash of a camera, and will make your face appear white-cast in pictures.

Effectiveness 4/5: A little goes a long way with this foundation. The coverage is pretty good, and the finish is matte, but not unpleasantly so. A dime-sized amount is usually enough. If I use any more than that, I find that the finish tends to look cakey and unnatural. Rather than using more to cover all your flaws, I suggest using less and investing in a good concealer.

Packaging 2/5: I don't like that my particular foundation doesn't come with a pump (although I think now you have the option to pay more for a bottle with a pump). Screw top containers like this are unhygienic, since bacteria can easily get in. The lid, which has the consistency of matte rubber, makes foundation smudges look really apparent, and started to peel on one of my bottles after about 2 weeks.

Overall, an okay product. Good coverage and finish, bad design. Opt for the pump-bottle.

this is am amazing high coverage lightweight foundation. In fact when I went to try it out and had the cosmetician put it on me I told her I dont like foundation because it feels cakey and thick and crackely on my face and she said....oh no you wont have that with this product..........WOW was she ever right. If you have a small blemish or more coverage needed this is the product for you! It's the product for everyone! It's VERY light weight and it makes your complexion all the same. It's probably my favourite thing on my vanity! I'd never go out for the night without it.....it makes you look perfect :)

You have probably heard about this foundation by MAC before. This is my HG foundation and I use it everyday. It is AMAZING! The price is $31.00 but I got it for about $23 during MAC's friends and family discount (20% off). I think if it was the original price, I think I would rather go for Revlon's Colorstay (around $16). Both of them are almost the same quality but I like MAC's a little better.

I really love this product, it leaves my complexion flawless.

What I like about it: I love it's thick consistency because that means just a little bit goes a long way. That, of course, then translates to more bang for your buck so don't let the price tag scare you right off the bat.

As promised, the product's coverage IS buildable and I love that! You know, sometimes you want more or less from your foundation and you shouldn't have to turn to different foundations for that. When I apply this with the intent of a full coverage, its almost unbelievable how lightweight it feels. As a matter of fact, I really cannot even feel it at all.

What could be improved: Although this shade matches me perfectly in natural lighting and other lighting, somehow it's not flash friendly. I always appear ghost-faced in pictures. Through experimenting, I've avoided the ghost-face appearance through proper bronzing, contouring, and blush application. However, this might be a problem for those who don't want to do all that extra work.

I'm also not in love with the packaging. There's no pump so you're gonna have to pour some out on the back of your hand or something before you can use your brush or sponge w/it. I hear that you can buy a pump for it but I just feel that it SHOULD already come with one.

Overall: I would definitely repurchase. It matches me too well to let go. I suggest that if you're not normally taking lots and lots of pix (for example if you only plan to wear it to work), this might be a good choice if your looking for a medium to full coverage foundation.
