Tastes like the tropics..

These are very high quality treats with the perfect sweetness. These macaroons are high quality, so they have a nice crunch as well as a light and airy feel about them. I love the crispiness of the shells but then the softness and sweetness from the icing inside. The shell is chewy and soft with a crunch from the top. Taste tropical ; cream inside tastes like white chocolate buttercream-- coconut with a hint of pineapple. This overall tastes like pineapple and coconut; does justice to pina colada label. When eating it I feel like I am having a pina colado-- only in food form. Cute soft yellow coloured shell.
