I received this in a Fruit Basket that was given to me. It was filled with so many varieties of fruit, mixed nuts, cookies, Perrier, and this cheese with crackers

I have seen it in the cheese cooler at my grocery store many times and have always been curious, but didn't want to waste money on it.. But I am very pleased now and will buy it again as it is really good!!

It crumbles like block cheddar. It is orange in color meaning there is dye, cheddar is naturally white or cream in color. I thought it would be a spread, because it comes in a container like cream cheese does. It tastes sharp, creamy, smooth and has just a great finish in taste whether on it's own or with a basic cracker. It goes awesome with any fruit especially Pear I found out. Also, good with peppercorn crackers. It went really well with the Perrier, so I assume it would be nice with a cold white whine.

If you like cheese, try this product.. it is surprisingly very good !!
