The Magic Bag is okay and I like the fact that it take the shape of your neck and shoulders unlike your average hot water bottle. It stays warm for a while but if you want serious relief go for something else.

This is just like anyother hot water bottle. It only hot for a short period of time. So most of the time you are reheating it up anyways. It is a waste of time. I now use a heating pad that plugs in and stays on!
