Brand name is best

I may not be a chef but I hsve been baking for close to 45 years so I consider myself very knowledgeable. I have tried many bskibg powders over years but alwsys cone back to magic bsking border (brand name). You want the #1 product that will make your cakes rise to the heavens, or if you want floaters for your dumplings that are fluffy and airy, then stick with this product 👌. Its been tried and true with all my baking. The price is on point with the quality of the product.
