MagPop! Tangy Orange Magnesium Glycinate Review

I recently signed up to recieve a smaple of this product. Within a short of time having taken it I felt a huge difference. I have a toddler at home and recently have been feeling more tired then usual, with headaches,muscle aches and restless legs. I put it down to my general lack of sleep from my little guy. When I took the sample of Mag Pop I was so surprised. I didn't feel as sleepy or as physically sore as I had been. I looked up my symptoms and they were all related to Magnesium deficiency. This product does exactly what it says. So much so that I went out the following day and purchased a pack of 35. It also contains Vitamin C. It dissolves easily in water and tastes refreshing. i know that for me I am adding this to my daily routine. Great product.

I had been having trouble sleeping for the past few months since I got a cat. Something about her moving around and getting on and off of the bed in the night was disturbing my sleep. I told this to my aunt and she recommended I try taking a magnesium supplement. I found MagPop! at my local Shoppers Drug Mart after doing some research online and deciding what I wanted to try was an effervescent drink mix. This supplement is super easy to take, and it has the added bonus of getting me some extra vitamin C as well. You can buy this as a tub of mix, or as little portable sachets. I just add one sachet to about half a glass of water and drink it about an hour before bedtime. I found, even after my first time, that it made me feel sleepy! It was exactly what I was looking for!

I now take it almost every night, and my sleep has gotten so much better. I can't be any more happy with this product (and it's cute cat mascot seemed like a sign), though it is a little pricey, it is definitely worth it! I've taken the pill form of magnesium before, but it never seems to work as quickly, or as well as the drinkable kind.
