I love using this oil in almost everything I cook. It is versatile from dressing salads to cooking and frying. No strong odour, clear in colour and extremely mild flavour....and to boot, no trans fat. This oil is fantastic for frying as a healthier option than most oils, due to its high smoke point. Although a little higher priced than some of the other ( over processed) oils on the shelf, this one outweighs the others on so many levels. I don't use it everyday so for me a little goes a long way, this bottle is still "giving" to my family of 5.
