Long Lasting Liner!

I'm such a big fan of MAKE UP FOR EVER products! I'm always looking for waterproof products and Aqua XL Eyeliner Pencil is perfect. It's super long wear and it's perfect for my waterline!

A must try!

Ive been using makeup forever for awhile now and i love this pencil. It is sleek and vibrant. It works well and i use it when i go for a night out! Everyone compliments me on the color.

MAKE UP FOREVER might be on to something with these waterproof eyeliners. They will not budge and this is coming from a woman who deals with allergies. My eyes might be read but my waterline is nicely coated in black. It doesn't smudge at all. Very pigmented. I've only used the black shade but I'm sure the others are great as well.

I don’t hate this product just sharing my experience

I like this product it’s the only eye line which really don’t smudges on my eye..it can be easily removed but my eyes swelled up after the application ..after I applied it when it started drying my lids started itching and I went to wash it off ..my eye lids we swelled up.may you they you some kind of glue in it .my eye are sensitive and I bought it from sephora

You could cry a river!

I am a liquid eyeliner kind of gal, mostly because of the precision and because I have sensitive eyes. Meaning little bit of air makes my eyes water, and so if I don't wear the right eyeliner, I would look like a person from a horror movie. which is definitely a no bueno. I got this eyeliner from Ipsy, I got excited because it said that it is waterproof, and extra long lasting. But for my first try, I used it at home and not going out, just incase it does smudge. I'm so impressed, because for the first time in what seemed like countless pencil eyeliners, this has been the only one that stayed true to its claims. I use it everyday and theres no smudging, no dark marks under my eyes. I still use my go to liquid eyeliner to do my winged eyeliner, and I use this to fill in my lash line to create a bolder look and make my eyes pop. I will definitely repurchase again!

Makes my eyes look defined, dramatic, and gorgeous

This eye pencil glides on smoothly and evenly. A little goes a long way, and no tugging, so great coverage. Nice for the waterline. Not used to this type of pencil (how to sharpen, etc) so will need to learn how to use it best.

Best pencil eyeliner yet

I've tried loads of pencil eyeliner that were all said to be Holy Grails (Rimmel, ColourPop, Nars, Marc Jacobs... you name it!) and although they were ok, they never stayed put as I wanted them to be on my oily eyelids (even after putting on an eye primer).

This eye pencil does stay put, is creamy and blends ok. I'm good with the fact that it isn't too blendable, because the formula is longwearing. It doesn't drag on the eyelid, is easy to apply and yeah, you have to sharpen it, but if it's what it takes, I don't mind!

I love their brown colour in particular, but the black one is equally as good.

I received a Make Up For Ever aqua xl eye pencil in matte black in my June Ipsy bag. I had looked up some info on this eyeliner and was super excited to get it!
It is only available at Sephora and online. The pencil is soft, soft and just glides on my lids. It really lasts so you need to be sure of your angles before you start lining. They absolutely made it with long term wear being a high priority. This eyeliner is actually award winning. It's that good! I actually love the liner so much I'm going to Sephora on the weekend to buy a few. The colours they come in are so gorgeous! Some are really different!
Can't wait to get more. This is definitely one of my new go to essentials in my makeup routine.

I am very picky when it comes to eye liners because I sweat so much and find that my makeup runs down my face. This isn't my FAV eye liner; however it would prob be my second. I used my Sephora perk points and got this & the days I have used it, the color doesn't run until about mid day for me (keep in mind I'm a nurse and run all day long). Deff worth a try

I received a deluxe sample of this with my 500 point perk from Sephora. I have the shade I-24, which is a beautiful turquoise colour.

The pigmentation on this is wonderful. The colour shows up with one sweep, no need to go over the same area more than once. The pencil glides on so smoothly, which is a rarity for waterproof pencils. It doesn't tug on the skin at all, which is good for the delicate eye area.

Some smooth pencils tend to smudge easily. This literally sets within seconds, and doesn't budge. I swatched it on the back of my hand before using it in an eye look; though the colour faded gradually over time, it lasted through hand washing and a shower. It was still there! When I did finally put it on my eyes, I used it on my lower lash line (I don't put eyeliner on the waterline). I have very irritated, watery eyes right now, and this didn't smear one tiny bit.

This is an exceptional eyeliner! It is most definitely waterproof, and with the variety of shades it comes in, you're bound to find one you like. The price is certainly high-end, but I feel it's worth it for something that works as good as this. I would be interested in buying a full size.
