Customer Service is Bust

I recently ordered two of these mugs direct from the website. I live in Canada and didnt realize they were available cheaper at our retailers. I bought two and paid USD and Shipping which ended up costing me $30.00 for each mug. When I received my lovely mint green one, I opened it and it leaked. I tried adjusting, it still leaked. I contacted their customer service immediately and they said I needed to send a video of it leaking and proof of purchase. I did so and the response was that it was my fault that it leaked because I must have done something to it (in the less than 24 hours that I had it) and that the best they could do was offer me a 25% discount to purchase another one online. Why would I do that!??! I had also purchased one locally and I will be returning it to the retailer as I cant support a product with such terrible customer service.
