Leaked day 1, “customer service” is non-existent

Something is wrong with my seal, it leaked since the first time I used it. I reached out to customer service via email and social media and got no response. Very sad to see such poor customer service cause I love the size of the jug as well as some of the cute colours. I absolutely don’t recommend to anyone. I will be trying hydrojug next.
