Leaked day 1, “customer service” is non-existent

Something is wrong with my seal, it leaked since the first time I used it. I reached out to customer service via email and social media and got no response. Very sad to see such poor customer service cause I love the size of the jug as well as some of the cute colours. I absolutely don’t recommend to anyone. I will be trying hydrojug next.

Customer Service is Bust

I recently ordered two of these mugs direct from the website. I live in Canada and didnt realize they were available cheaper at our retailers. I bought two and paid USD and Shipping which ended up costing me $30.00 for each mug. When I received my lovely mint green one, I opened it and it leaked. I tried adjusting, it still leaked. I contacted their customer service immediately and they said I needed to send a video of it leaking and proof of purchase. I did so and the response was that it was my fault that it leaked because I must have done something to it (in the less than 24 hours that I had it) and that the best they could do was offer me a 25% discount to purchase another one online. Why would I do that!??! I had also purchased one locally and I will be returning it to the retailer as I cant support a product with such terrible customer service.

I recently purchased a 2 litre Mammoth Mug. I started working out more regualry and needed to track my water intake to make sure that i was getting enough.
I love that this bottle has markers on it to show you how much you have consumed. The lid is water tight, as well as the mouth spout. The mouth spout is easy to open and close.
I love the wide opening for your hand and it has a good texture for the grip, so if you are sweating during your workout, it wont slip.
I say to people it is also my 4.5lbs weight when it is full, for an added work out.
