Hemp hearts are a great way to add a little more protein. I add these guys to my salads. I mix them with other seeds, usually chia, to add a little bit of crunch. I purchase the giant bag from costco and they have a pretty decent shelf life.

Bought a huge bag from Costco about 2 years ago. I add it to yoghurt, cereal, when we make cookies. Just to a littles texture and more protein. It's been great and really easy to use.

This are awesome. I mix them with my oatmeal in the morning and I'm good to go for most of the day, a light lunch is all I need. I hold back a tablespoons worth and mix with a little honey for an afternoon treat. They are so good I want to eat them just straight...and do!

Love the nuttiness of Hemp Hearts I throw them in when I make bread, or on top of yogurt or in my smoothie! Sometimes they can be a bit pricey but worth every penny the quality is definitely there! Available at Superstore.
