As a long time vegetarian and someone who always looks for plant based alternatives, hemp hearts are the way to go! Only 3 tbs provides 10g of protein and is a tasty addition to cereal, smoothies, or my favourite, oatmeal!

Ran across these as a sample in Costco and have been hooked ever since. We used to use China seeds, but found those got slimy. These have a delicious extremely mild flavor. The mild flavor is easily lost in most recipes, and adds a little something to salads. I've used them in yogurt, salads, on top of pasta, you name it!!
Hemp hearts are a gem!
I found these in the pantry a while ago and have used them for many things. They go well on top of salads, in soups as well as even cooked with rice! They are a great source of nutrients and also from manitoba and I love supporting local!

I buy this all the time to add to smoothies. Great taste if you like hemp. Packed full of omega 3s. I think they have a chocolate version of this as well.
I would buy this product again
I bought this as an additive as it was recommended to me for health reasons. I now get a teaspoon full if I want a snack, it tastes great, I now add it as a topping on ice cream and the younger kids love it as well.
Nice little nutritional pick-me-up
I like to add these to a bunch of different foods, but mostly into my oatmeal with some chia seeds, or a smoothie. Just adds a little more nutritional value without altering the taste or texture.

Love adding these tiny little seeds of deliciousness to y yogurt, smoothies and salads I throw a handful into muffins and banana bread as well! Easy and delicious way to power up the nutritional value of my food!

Hemp Hearts are an easy way to add extra nutritional value to your everyday meals without compromising on taste. Most commonly I add some to my oatmeal but you can also add it to cereal, salads or smoothies.
Superaliment, un petit plus de protéines végétales
J’utilise ce produit depuis 7 ou 8 ans. J’en ai toujours au frigo. J’en ai un peu essayé dans toutes sortes de recettes. Ça ajoute un goût un peu noisetté et surtout ajoute des bonnes protéines pour Une végétarienne, c’est génial . J’en saupoudre aussi dans les salades, muffins, céréales du matin, dans les smoothies.
Je les ai aussi les essayé grillées, mais j’ai un peu peur de perdre les nutriments. Celà dit, c’était délicieux, encore plus savoureux.
Hemp Hearts on everything
I love Manitoba Harvest Hemp hearts!!! I put them on everything, like my cereal, smoothies and salad. They have a sutle taste and are full of vitamins and minerals that are so good for you. They are also good for your digestion. Overall they are amazing and have become a part of my daily diet. I also love sneaking it in my kids smoothies. I highly recommand this product.
