I get a great boost of energy from these little guys. They taste a bit nutty, and I've had them in yogurts, smoothies, and even put them on salads. YUM!

Love these! Added nutrition without a lot of added calories. We love them on salads, in smoothies and used as breading on chicken fingers and topping salmon steaks. So good :)

These hearty seeds are so nutritional (great source of protein, fiber and Omega 3) and make a wonderful addition to any meal. I sprinkle them on salads, pasta, mashed potatoes, as well as in my green smoothies and Greek yogourt. It has a subtle nutty taste and won't alter the taste of the foods you are adding it to. The full bag will last you a long time, so it's very cost effective.

Even though this are a bit expensive, they're awesome! Full of proteins and omega 3s. They actually taste good too! Slightly nutty, and they're fairly soft. They're delicious mixed into smoothies, sprinkled on oatmeal, cereal or yogurt.

It was recommended to me to try hemp hearts because of their many health benefits. At first I didn't like the taste, but then I mixed them with yogurt and granola, and I really liked them. Now I put them in smoothies and on salads as well. I feel better when I eat them. I buy them at Costco as they are pretty pricey but they last a long time.

My hubby found out about this product and told me about it. I tried it today and I am a fan already. It taste great and I am seeing results after just one intake. Even gave a little bit to my toddler, which was a mistake because it gave him a boost of energy now he is all over the place :) I recommend trying this product, not only is it healthy for you, but it taste good too.

I love hemp hearts! You can add them to just about anything. I add them to salads, yogurt, soothies, overnight oats. I love hearing about new recipes to add them to! They give your food a little bit of a different flavor, and all the added benefits are great!

It can used be used as a condiment in salads, yogurt, and cereal. It adds a nutty flavour. A little goes a long way. There a lot of nutrient values to it.

Need a quick protein fix? Hemp hearts contains healthy omega oils and is a veggie based protein. These small hemp seeds have a creamy buttery taste and can be put in your cereal, yogurt, smoothies and are very easy to digest. I have spoonfuls as a snack when I'm craving nuts and chips but want low cal, non oily foods. Yummy with greek honey yogurt and fruit too.
