My husband and I tried Hemp Hearts to get extra energy and health benefits. We added them to salads, casseroles, cereal, etc. We both thought they had great texture and taste as well as giving us extra energy.

I get a great boost of energy from these little guys. They taste a bit nutty, and I've had them in yogurts, smoothies, and even put them on salads. YUM!

This on its own or with yogurt it might be bland but I mixed up with oatmeal and tossed these omegas-3 gems into my breakfast, delish, price wise you might have to get a sale and a coupon!

I got a sample of these and loved it. Added some to yogurt and used some for baking as well. They are nutritious and added a nice crunchy texture.

Hemp Hearts is delicious! It's rich and nutty. I sprinkle them on my lunch and dinner or even just spoon eat them! They fill you up and make you feel super satisfied.

I add these in yogurt and smoothies as well as baked goods/home made granola bars. Don't have a strong taste, just a mild nutty flavour. Healthy way to increase my protein pre and post workout

Love these! Added nutrition without a lot of added calories. We love them on salads, in smoothies and used as breading on chicken fingers and topping salmon steaks. So good :)

These hearty seeds are so nutritional (great source of protein, fiber and Omega 3) and make a wonderful addition to any meal. I sprinkle them on salads, pasta, mashed potatoes, as well as in my green smoothies and Greek yogourt. It has a subtle nutty taste and won't alter the taste of the foods you are adding it to. The full bag will last you a long time, so it's very cost effective.

I use Hemp Hearts brand hemp in my protein shakes to add extra protein. This was actually recommended by my Naturopath! They aren't cheap, but I like the protein and that I'm using less animal protein (milk, yogurt) and I need the extra as I am a vegetarian.
