Hemp hearts are amazing to boost the nutritional value of salads, yogurt and smoothies just to name a few! I love adding these to my sons yogurt for some more added vitamins and minerals!

These are a fantastic snack that I eat by the handful. They also work well as a breakfast topping. I eat them as often as I can. You can also blend, provided you have a strong blender in your favourite smoothies.
You can add them to everything!
Seriously, you can add them to everything! They take on the flavor of whatever you're adding them to. My favorite is making oatmeal with cinnamon and vanilla with them. The health benefits are amazing for such a tiny amount too!

These Hemp Hearts are so delicious! I add them to cereals, baked goods, breads and yogurt. I love the nutty taste and that they are full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

I love hemp hearts because of its nutritional value. Being vegetarian and having a somewhat busy lifestyle I sometimes don't get the enough amount of nutrients as I should which is why I love adding hemp hearts to my salads especially or if I'm feeling really lazy, I'll just have 2-3 spoons of it by itself.
