Yet by munching on Hemp Hearts and distracting myself, the CBD and taste bring me back to life again. It's the only snack that I KNOW gives back.
Loaded with Nutrients and Barely Taste!
I have been buying hemp hearts for 2 years now and I will continue to buy them yet. I put them on salads, in smoothies and on my oatmeal for an extra boost of protein and healthy fatty acids! These seeds have no taste and barely any texture so you can not even tell they are added to foods! I definitely recommend incorporating these into your diet as they are easy to add and pack quite a punch when it comes to nutrients.
Hemp Hearts
I will definitely purchase this product again. It has a slightly nutty flavor abd is super good in smoothies or sprinkled on aalads. It can go on almoat anything really. Also if tou have a bit too much and ypur system is not used to it it will certainly clean you out. Perfect for baking as well. Highly reccomend this product

This product is great addition to my breakfast smoothie. I used to work at a smoothie store and would add this to my free drink after work. It’s on a pricy side but a great nutritional addition to my diet. I like how it gives a nutty taste to my smoothie.
Tasty add-on
I used to buy this quite regularly, but it got rather pricey for the benefit. I enjoy adding this to cereal or desserts to add in some healthy fats. The taste and texture leaves a bit to be desired.

Nice fresh product that is perfect to get your omega 3. I add it to cereal or porridge in the morning. I also add it to home made bread and granola bars. I freeze it once open if I am not using it all right away so it stays fresh.

I tried a sample of these on a salad and they add a satisfying little crunch and zing with the light taste of nuts. Delectable! I would love to try them again with yogurt.
