These taste pretty good and are a great healthy addition to your cereals, buddha bowls and salads. It ups the nutrition content if you are following a plant-based diet.

    Nature's best sprinkles!

I sprinkle these on SOOO many foods, just to add a little extra nutritional value: soups, salads, tacos, yogurt, muffins, stir fry... Such a versatile topping! They don't really taste like much but they add some good fats, protein, and fiber! <3

    Snack that helps arthritis pain.

When the pain and discomfort of quadriplegia and arthritis hits, moving at all can be an almost impossible chore. I want to do nothing but zone out and try to get away. Yet by munching on Hemp Hearts and distracting myself, the CBD and taste bring me back to life again. It's the only snack that I KNOW gives back.

    Tasty add-on

I used to buy this quite regularly, but it got rather pricey for the benefit. I enjoy adding this to cereal or desserts to add in some healthy fats. The taste and texture leaves a bit to be desired.

    Easy to add to anything

I love adding these to Greek yoghurt with berries, or even a salad. Really easy to incorporate into your diet and adds a nice little crunch to otherwise soft meals.

    Super healthy

I got a small sample pack of this and sprinkled it on my yogurt. It has a nutty flavor that I think it would go well with salad. Although I don't particularly like the taste I must say it is extremely healthy. I am really impressed that it contains more omega 3 than chia seeds.

    Bon

Les Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts sont bon pour les salades, les smoothies et j'en met aussi dans le yogourt le matin avec des fruits frais. C'est très bon et nutritif.

A great addition to my morning oatmeal

I don't find that these have a very noticeable flavour, but I put them in my oatmeal every morning because it adds some extra texture and nutritional value. Hemp seeds are high in a multitude of vitamins and minerals, and are a great supplement if you live a vegan lifestyle. The bags are quite large, so although they are pricey, they last a long time because you only really need a couple spoonfuls per serving. They are a bit high in calories, but that's to be expected when it comes to seeds/nuts.
