Amazing way to get protein and iron
I love these Hemp Hearts. I add 3 Tbsp of these hemp hearts to my oatmeal every morning. That mean I add 22% of my daily iron needs and 10 g on protein. And if I have pancakes I also add them.
I mix with Kashi cereal
Its a healthy choice to add to cereal to increase protein. I add to kashi berries cereal and it tastes great together. It's a great boost of various minerals.
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts.
As a former Manitoban I tried these because they were Canadian grown. The taste is amazing. They add flavor to anything I put them on. I have sprinkled them on fruit, yogurt, ice cream and even salads. Great taste and healthy, too. Couldn't ask for any better.
LOVE Hemp Hearts
A friend got me hooked on this product. They are so delicious! I add them to oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt and cottage cheese. I even add them to my soups and stews.

Great to add to snacks
These are amazing to dip cut up banana slices into or to add to smoothies. They are a nice healthy addition to meals. The taste is subtle. I like them more for the texture they add.
A great staple for healthy diets!
As a vegetarian who grew up cooking for myself and my father, this was always a staple to add to our meals - It goes perfectly as a topping, in salads, sauces, smoothies, even yoghurts. The nutrients are invaluable and this product is always worth a buy!
Tasty and healthy product
This is one of my favourite products although I prefer the organic version. This is a great way to get healthy Omegas into your diet. A bonus is the high protein content. This product adds a lot of taste to a salad. I love the taste so much I can eat it on its own. I highly recommend this product!
A good vegetarian/vegan Protein source!
As a long time vegetarian and someone who always looks for plant based alternatives, hemp hearts are the way to go! Only 3 tbs provides 10g of protein and is a tasty addition to cereal, smoothies, or my favourite, oatmeal!
