Mediocre Eyeliner

This eyeliner could be better. Considering Manna Kadar is well known name in Beauty, and that I had yet to experience how good it was, I expected more.
The eyeliner is very chalky and drags the eyelids along when applying. I did not appreciate that. It also does not last longer. This eyeliner needs a reason to spread out/smudge. I will definitely not recommend anyone waste their dollar on this.
