My husband & I have enjoyed the many meat products from Marc Angelo and the new Chicken Breast Roasts are even better! I got an really amazing deal and bought all 3 varieties of Chicken Roasts. I am so impressed I wished I'd bought more at the great price! It was delicious, moist and flavourful. Great and great value. They come in a metal roast pan and with a cooking sauce, plus a pop-up meat thermometer to let you know when it's cooked to the correct internal temp! Plus added bonus they can be frozen too. Remove from plastic wrap pour sauce and 1/3 cup water and into the oven the pan goes for 1 hour - 1 hour & 10mins. We thoroughly enjoyed it with roasted potatoes and green beans. I look forward to trying with other sides very soon! Highly recommenced this!

Very tasty Chicken Roast and so easy to prepare. I love that i can cook it in the pan that comes with it. No need to dirty another dish. I also like the fact that I can use the lid to put after the roast has cooked and put the leftovers in my fridge. That is of course if there is leftovers. This roast will definitely feed 4 people. Love the pop up thermometer that is included. My only complaint is the silly string that is holding the roast together. I find that it is difficult to take off after roasting because it is so tight After i remove all the string, I find my chicken looks like it exploded!! So many little bits.

I actually found this at Walmart for 30% off...score!! I just put it in the freezer for when I was ready to cook it. Its really simple. Place the roast in the pan that it comes in. Add water to the bottom of the pan and mix with the sauce. Cook for about an hour. There is a pop-up thermometer that tells you when it's ready. Carve! It's simple and delicious. I got 7 portions out of it. I divided it up amongst either rice or egg noodles and vegetables. The chicken is moist and tender. The sauce adds a nice flavour too. I want to get more of these.
