Real chicken breast . Just the right amount of seasoning for my family. Will be BBQ these and other flavors soon . I got a coupon for $$ off .Also going to try the pork loin that they carry in my local store .

Pretty good food, have several types. I like the pork ones the most. Over all pretty cheap.
