Amazing scent and good hold!!

This product smells SO GOOD and does the job! It holds my curls in nicely without leaving any leftover sticky or crunchy residue! Does the job and smells like lemons while doing it - can't go wrong

Not a bad product for the price

I didn’t really want to give this a Fugheddaboutit because it works fairly well, but I did for a couple of reasons. While it is moisturizing and keeps the curls soft, I found that it tended to be a bit greasy. Full disclosure:I have a lot of very very fine hair. It is a bit of heavy for fine hair. The smell is also a thumbs down. Lemon curd is not one of my favourite scents. For those who enjoy a lemony scent and have thicker hair, this might be a good product.

Pretty good

Smells super good and helps keep frizzy hair at bay, which I found super good! However it doesn’t do a whole lot to emphasize the curls! Over all I love this though

Marc Anthony strictly curl lotion

Depuis que j'ai commencer à utiliser ce produit pour mes cheveux frisées je ne peux plus m'en passer. Mes cheveux sont doux au toucher et les cheveux léger. Mes boucles sont beaucoup plus définis avec ce produit.
Par contre, je trouve que les produits sont plutôt dispendieux pour quelqu'un qui a de long cheveux et qui doit en utiliser beaucoup.

It's Great

Marc Anthony Strictly Curls is great it doesn't leave my hair feeling crunchy like mouse does, it can be a little greasy feeling if you use to much so you play around with the amount to use. I love how it makes my waves separate instead of them bunching together in a nasty looking clump of hair.

Tames My Curls

I love this stuff! I don't buy it too often because it is a bit on the pricey side for hair products, but when it's on sale I stock up. It is easy to apply evenly and it has the perfect amount of hold for my fussy curly hair. The frizz is tamed and it doesn't get crunchy. My hair stays soft and loose.

Son odeur!

J'ai été complètement charmé par son odeur citronné pendant l'application. Je l'applique sur mes cheveux humide et je laisse sécher à l'air. Mes cheveux sont bouclés, sans frisottis, léger, volumineux et ils sentent le gin tonique hahaha

Would buy again! Love this stuff

It leaves your hair feelings smooth and frizz free. It doesn't weigh down my hair and it doesn't make it feel greasy. One of the only products that I have found that works well for my super curly hair!

LOVE my curls!

My hair is naturally curly with a BIG attitude. So, I have been using a variety of different products to tame it somewhat!

Whenever I feel like letting my curls bounce, I use the Marc Anthony Strictly Curls – Curl Envy Cream.

Amazon offers a 177ml / 6oz bottle of this product for approximately CAD $19 – similar to the local drugstore price. Reasonable for a product that will last you quite a while.

Marc Anthony Strictly Curls – Curl Envy Cream promises to tame dry, coarse hair with an intensity of all-day moisture, definition and frizz control. Ideal for frizzy curls – big or small, thick or fine.

DOES IT WORK?

Yes, the cream works extremely well. I have used it for a couple of months now (I do straighten my hair at times, so I only use this product when I want curls!).

Here is what I do (it’s a process!):

Use a leave-in conditioner on towel dried hair (it’s a must for my hair).

Allow hair to dry a bit.

Pour a coin size amount of Marc Anthony Strictly Curls – Curl Envy Cream on my palm and gently scrunch into the hair.

Allow hair to dry completely (without touching or scrunching!)

Use a bit more of the cream on dry hair if I see a bit of frizz.


PROS:

Hydrating
Smoothing
Light – no residue (but do use sparingly!)
Paraben-free, Sulfate-free, Phthalate-free

CONS:

Not fully natural or organic (does include avocado oil, shea butter and vitamin E, but also many ingredients I’m not familiar with!)

This is a very good product and I will continue to use it. Having said that – I have a couple of issues:

I would not use this product without a leave-in conditioner. Maybe that’s just me, but I like to have a good ‘leave-in’ prior to using the cream.

Not completely natural, so likely not for those in the market for pure, organic products.

But I LOVE my curls after using this product!!

Makes my curls bounce

I was on the look for a new hair product as the other one I used by Marc Anthony was discontinued. I do not like using gels or mouses as it make my hair feel sticky and look wet, I like a natural look but want to tame my frizz and enhance my curls. I bought this because it was on sale and still the same brand I have used before. I have been enjoying it since using it, I think it makes my hair look more curly and helps tame the frizz. It smells good, and you do not need a whole lot. It does not make my hair feel sticky and I can let my hair air dry and it still looks good. I would recommend trying this if you have curly hair.
